Far too firm with no bounce back.

Since receiving this pillow as a Christmas present I have never slept worse. My neck is in chronic pain and I have headaches. I don’t understand as I asked for this pillow based on my sleep experience at their hotel… but the pillow I received is much too firm and high. It has very little give and no spring back. I wish I could return it. But their policy is no returns on bedding. So disappointed. If you prefer a soft and squishy pillow this is not for you.

Best Pillow Ever

The Feather & Down Pillow from the Fairmont Store is the best pillow I have ever bought. We stayed at the Fairmont Orchid in Hawaii and fell in love with this pillow. It is so comfortable and forms to your head. I would highly recommend this pillow.
