The Fairmont Bed is standard in most rooms in our North American hotels. The Signature bed is used in most suites and Gold Floor rooms in North America. Please reach out to us if you would like us to contact the hotel and see if we can confirm the details of the mattress in the room. If you are still enjoying your stay, a member of the hotel staff would be able to help you, or you can look at the tag or label on the mattress in your room. Pictures are always helpful if you can take a photo before checking out.

The Fairmont Bed is a bit firmer and better for those with back and shoulder issues. If you prefer a softer mattress, The Signature bed is for you. The extra plush pillowtop on this bed gives it a luxuriously soft feel while supporting you while you sleep. The standard height of the box springs in our hotels is the 9 inch height. If you are not wanting such a tall bed it might be wise to choose the 7 or 5 inch option. The 5 inch option is considered to be a more modern or low profile choice. If you have a platform bed a box spring is not necessary. Please keep in mind if you have a bed that requires a box spring it must be the matching foundation or it will void the warranty that Sealy provides.

Because the beds are made to order we are not able to cancel once the order has been placed with Sealy. A 50% restocking fee will be charged to anyone who does not take delivery of the mattress for any reason.
