My Favourite Tea

I love this tea for its taste and its fragrance. The delight of making a cup of creamy Earl Grey begins with my opening the box and taking a tea bag out of its sleeve. The aroma blossoms instantly and I can hardly wait for the first mouthful. Which never disappoints. Taking time for tea encourages me to slow down and take notice, to pull back from the seemingly endless array of tasks and to-do lists that have become characteristic of 21st-century life.

Vacation in a tea cup

One sip, opening the envelope actually, took me right back to delightful breakfasts at Fairmont tables in Alberta. (Had to make my own avocado toasts, alas.)

Best Tea Ever

This Creamy Earl Grey is so flavorful and complex, it has ruined all other Earl Greys for me. So delicious and I get many cups out of 1 tea bag. It pairs beautifully with the orange sugar cubes.
