Amazing Service at Fairmont

I ordered a few teas and one was missing in the pkg. I waited to see if it was sent separately, but after a week I reached out to Fairmont to explain the Rose Congou was missing. Amazing Service!! Within an hour I had an email apologizing & a tracking number.

If all of life were this easy, what a treat.

Fairmont service was truly impressive with this correction.

This tea is a delicious, indulgent afternoon tea!
