Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

This is the second tea for one set I've owned. I like the size and feel, but the tea set breaks too easily. We have not put it in the dishwasher nor microwave. We wash and dry it by hand. That is how it keeps getting broken. The tea cup broke while washing it by hand. About a year later we dropped the lid which broke into 3 pieces while drying it. For as much money as this tea set costs, it seems like it should be sturdier. I use it regularly, maybe 3 times a week. I really like the size of the cup and the tea pot. The tea pot keeps my tea warm for an hour or more. The tea cup is a bit larger than most other tea cups. I like that. Hopefully this second set will hold up better.

Michelle in customer service went above and beyond to ensure that I received my package on time. My original order was delayed by USPS and I was afraid it would not make it in time for Christmas (it still hasn’t arrived). I reached out to customer service via chat function and explained the problem. Michelle made sure that another order went out right away and even took it to the UPS store herself. The package made it in time for Christmas. I am really grateful for all the help.
