Exclusive Made to Order

Our beds are made to order. They are not stored in a warehouse and due to this, production times can vary based on availability of materials and production wait times in the factory. We do our best to offer up to date wait times, but wait times will be shorter or longer based on locations.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know what bed I slept on?

The Fairmont Bed is standard in most rooms in our North American hotels. The Signature bed is used in most suites and Gold Floor rooms in North America. Please reach out to us if you would like us to contact the hotel and see if we can confirm the details of the mattress in the room. If you are still enjoying your stay, a member of the hotel staff would be able to help you, or you can look at the tag or label on the mattress in your room. Pictures are always helpful if you can take a photo before checking out.

Which bed is right for me?

The Fairmont Bed is a bit firmer and better for those with back and shoulder issues. If you prefer a softer mattress, The Signature bed is for you. The extra plush pillowtop on this bed gives it a luxuriously soft feel while supporting you while you sleep. If you stayed in a room with a Fairmont Bed and you loved the experience we always recommend ordering what you had a great experience with. How do I select the height for my box spring?

The standard height of the box springs in our hotels is the 9 inch height. If you are not wanting such a tall bed it might be wise to choose the 7 or 5 inch option. The 5 inch option is considered to be a more modern or low profile choice. If you have a platform bed a box spring is not necessary. Please keep in mind if you have a bed that requires a box spring it must be the matching foundation or it will void the warranty that Sealy provides.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Because the beds are made to order we are not able to cancel once the order has been placed with Sealy. A 50% restocking fee will be charged to anyone who does not take delivery of the mattress for any reason.

most COMFORTABLE bed EVER

I have had a LOT of mattresses over the years but this one, hands down, is absolutely the most amazing comfortable bed ever. My daughter took me to Canada June 2025 for a mother/daughter vacation and one of our stays was at the Lake Louise Fairmont Hotel - I so fell in love with the mattress that we got the info for it and as soon as I got back home to Arizona I immediately bought one - I will never regret this purchase - I highly recommend you get one - you will not be disappointed

Great ZZZZ!

We were making the big move from a waterbed that we’ve slept on for 45 years to a mattress. Scary for us. We stayed at the Fairmont Hotel and absolutely loved the mattress. I called the Fairmont Hotel to see what mattress we slept on and ordered one. Best move we made. Love our bed. Every night we crawl into bed and say ‘I love our mattress!’
