I am really happy with the sheets and also the excellent service. When I emailed with a few questions I always got a prompt reply which I appreciated very much. I ordered 2 sheet sets that turned out to be the wrong size . After explaining my mistake and asking for instructions about returning the sheets I was given step by step instructions which was a big help to me. Excellent customer service. I ordered the comphy sheet set by accident and was refunded promptly. No issues! Though the comphy sheet set is much softer and more luxurious we prefer the cotton sateen sheets for their breathability. Very happy with our purchase and the customer support we received.
