Feather and down pillows

I am sorry to say I am disappointed with the pillows. My family and I stayed at the Fairmont at the airport in Vancouver Canada recently. I loved the soft fluffy pillows in my room so much as soon as I got home I ordered these two. While they are very nice pillows they are not fluffy and are very heavy. I should have known not to order firm but I didn’t see another choice. I wish you offered softer pillows like the Fairmont hotel pillows..
