Stellar Customer Service and Great Tea!

I had ordered the organic Earl Grey as a gift for a colleague. I received the creamy Earl Grey instead. Allan from customer service was amazing! He quickly rectified the situation with a replacement order received in days. Not one but two boxes arrived.. Tremendous service. Thank you Allan and thank you Fairmont. Tea Time

This Earl Grey is the best we have ever tasted. I order a couple boxes every few months. It is better to order directly through the Fairmont than Amazon (cheaper)!
