Wellness with Mint

I have always enjoyed sun tea with mint. But during a trip to The Canadian Rockies I really enjoyed the hot mint tea. I was even surprised how good I felt when I found out it was decaffeinated. I seeped it and took it to my room and I had a sense of wellbeing all day. Iced too. When I was home I missed it and I'm glad I ordered it. And it it's part of my wellness.

Great verbal tea
