I had the privilege to stay at the Fairmont in Dallas last year, and these products were in the room. I was blown away how the Shampoo and Conditioner made my hair feel so good, I knew immediately that I had to get this product for home, it took a while to get it, I eventually received my order, I will be a forever user of these product, I will not go back to store bought or Salon products ever again! 100% Satisfied Customer!

Shampoo ok conditioner too thick

Let's face it, no one would pay this price unless it was that good! The good news is a little goes a long way! I have tried many expensive shampoo/Conditioners and this stuff is the best by far. A little secret that only Fairmont guests know? :)

Wife introduced to it when we stayed at the Fairmont El San Juan and she loves it, I love her so I purchased it for her. Happy wife, happy life.
