I was recently at a Fairmont hotel and loved the pillows. Upon return I ordered this gel fiber pillow. It is as comfortable as the hotel pillow. It supports your head and neck but it is soft. There is no smell or scent as is the case with some bedding products. Very satisfied.

Always enjoy sleeping at Fairmont hotels. Comfy beds and comfy pillows. Was sick of my pillows. Every time I buy one from a store in person, it seems like when I get it home it's nothing like I expected. This is well worth the money. Cost of shipping was a bit steep

I was scared the gel fiber pillow might not be as comfortable as the feather pillow. This pillow is soft and has the perfect depth that makes you fall asleep the moment your head hits the pillow! I highly recommend.

I treated myself to these pillows, and love them! Soft, yet sturdy, and stay pouffy.
