Ce mélange de thé biologique de qualité saisonnière a été créé à l'origine pour le thé de l'après-midi à l'Empress. Le composant Assam (2nd flush, production de juin) donne un caractère épais, malté et corsé ; les composants Kenya (région de Nandi, production de janvier) et Tanzanie (région d'Usambara, production de janvier) donnent une saveur florale et une infusion cuivrée dorée ; Le Ceylan (région de Dimbula, production de janvier) donne une saveur aérienne, presque piquante, qui ouvre le mélange. La Chine (province d'Anhui, production d'avril) donne une profondeur bourgogne avec de légères notes de chêne. L'un des plus grands thés du monde ! Sans gluten.

Absolutely the best tea ever!

I tasted this for the first time in 2014 during one of our shore excursions on an Alaska Cruise when we went ashore for Tea at the Empress. I’v tried many, many other black pekoe teas but none compare favorably with theirs. So I have been buying it ever since. I do wish they still sold the loose tea in small tins for gifting, travel, etc.

I love this tea and the auto ship program means I never run out. Customer service and quality are outstanding!

Love this tea!

I first tasted the Empress Hotel Tea Blend at the Empress Hotel In Victoria, BC and fell in love with it. For several years I ordered it directly from the hotel. Now that I can order from the Fairmont Store I have a standing order every couple months. I don't know what I will do if you stop carrying this blend! It is so yummy!
